The Canton Country Acres Civic Association is committed to maintaining clear and responsible financial practices. Homeowner dues support the upkeep of our shared green space, including lawn and landscape care, snow removal, and the maintenance of our community playground. These funds also help support the seasonal neighborhood events organized by the Board.
While detailed financial reports are reserved for homeowners, CCACA provides regular updates through member communications and at association meetings. Homeowners may request additional financial information at any time, ensuring full visibility into how community resources are managed.
