About Canton Country Acres
The Canton Country Acres Civic Association (CCACA) represents a well‑established neighborhood located in Canton Township within the Plymouth‑Canton School District. Built between 1975 and 1979, the community includes 171 homes situated on generous lots just south of Palmer Road, between Morton Taylor and Lilley.
Homes in the subdivision offer a variety of comfortable two‑story floorplans ranging from 1,200 to 2,600 square feet. Many include family rooms, finished basements, and two‑car garages, creating a warm and livable environment for households of all sizes.
At the center of the neighborhood is a shared green space that includes a community playground, giving families a convenient place to gather, play, and enjoy the outdoors. Annual homeowner dues fund the maintenance of these shared areas, including lawn and landscape care throughout the warmer months and snow removal during the winter season.
