About Canton Country Acres

 Canton Country Acres is a community of quality homes which were built between 1975 and 1979.  Located in Canton Township and part of the Plymouth-Canton school district we are just south of Palmer, between Morton Taylor and Lilley Road. 

Our  medium-sized neighborhood consisting of 171 homes on spacious lots which offer primarily two-story homes with floorplans ranging from  1,200 to 2,600 square feet. Many of the homes feature family rooms, finished basements and 2-car garages.

 The community is managed by a homeowners association, Canton Country Acres Civic Association (CCACA), and maintenance is financed by homeowners' dues.
